Karoly Windows & Doors does not cover warranty assistance as PGT requires you to go through their warranty department. They usually order a glass package to replace the failed glass. Then you have to find a vendor who will replace the glass if PGT doesn’t provide one for you. Karoly Windows & Doors does not replace glass in windows.
