Sliding Glass Door Replacement
Sliding glass patio doors are designed to open horizontally with at least one glass panel gliding along side another glass panel. Easy to clean and use, sliding glass patio doors make a great addition to your home. These sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy panoramic views, maximizing natural light into your home. Sliding glass patio doors provide access to the outside, a source of natural light and ventilate fresh air into your home.
Since these doors don’t require any additional space for operation, sliding glass patio doors seamlessly extend your interior living spaces to the outdoors. Unlike with swing or hinged doors, you won’t have to worry about your furniture or other objects interfering with the operation of your sliding patio door. This creates a wide entrance with out large, open doors taking up space.
Also our Simonton sliding glass patio doors include a screen, so you can leave your door open and enjoy a comfortable breeze without worrying about insects getting inside. Hear your children’s playful laughter, or the ocean waves crash against the shore because you can keep your sliding glass doors open. While Simonton sliding glass doors already come with a screen, with PGT sliding glass doors the screen is an optional upgrade. Make sure you talk to Karoly during your FREE in-home consultation about your screen for your sliding patio door.

Impact Rated Replacement Sliding Glass Doors
Houses in coastal areas are required by Florida building code to use impact rated glass. Impact glass holds up to a hurricane with Category 5 winds of over 140 mph. Even if your sliding glass door is broken by flying debris, impact glass will not let any air or water come to your house. The protective laminating holds the glass in place when shattered by an object. We recommend impact replacement sliding glass doors to everyone in coastal areas who wants to protect their home from severe weather and burglary attempts. Even if you live in East Hillsborough and are in a non-impact zone, having impact rated glass gives you that extra peace of mind knowing your home and the people you love are protected. Keep your most valuable asset safe with impact rated replacement sliding glass doors from Karoly Windows & Doors.
