Price increase goes into effect on July 31, 2021
We love Simonton replacement windows and sliding glass doors. They offer highly energy efficient impact and non-impact windows and sliding glass doors with an amazing warranty on their products. We have a long standing relationship with our supplier which gives us an advantage over our competitors. We get better deals and discounts than anyone else in the area.
That being said, Simonton, as well as other leading manufacturers of windows, has run into supply shortages and increased costs. They have passed part of the increase on to us two times already this year. We are now in the third increase and hopefully this will be the last.
This is not a sales tactic! We want to help you save money!

We are able to honor the current price (for any contracts given after May 17th) until July 26th. All contracts must be signed and down payments placed by July 26th so we can get your order into Simonton before the increase occurs.
