I am a repeat customer. I used Karoly in 2013 to install (5) 9ft PGT sliding doors & 5 Simonton windows. Because of his proficiency, attention to detail, and astute knowledge pertaining to installations (everything fit perfectly the first time!) I referred to him as the "Einstein" of door and window installers in that review. This time I used Karoly to install an entry door. Everyone who works for him is trained under his watchful eye until he is confident they can do installs to his satisfaction, which is true perfection. Had a great experience with Karoly. He was recommended by a co-worker. I ordered right before all the fun started with Corona virus. The order was delayed by a couple weeks due to the stay at home orders. The office ladies kept me in the loop and were always helpful. The actual installation was highly efficient. I had 19 windows and 3 doors replaced and they were complete with the work in exactly 2 days. The workers were extremely professional, did a great job on the install, and cleaned any mess that they made which was very little. The windows look great ( I got the Simonton Stormbreaker) and couldn't be happier with the service and price. Absolutely highly recommend.

We meet with over 10 companies and went to a home show all before making our decision to go with Karoly Windows and Doors for the purchase of our Simonton Windows and the installation of a front door and garage side door. The owner, Karoly Szekeres, does all visits and selling of services. We found him to be very trustworthy, what happened is what he said would happen. Ordering was great, with office follow-up to the very end and the installers are fantastic and clean up is exceptional. The windows are exactly what we wanted and Karoly represented them professionally and honestly. If you do not want to be pressured and are looking for great windows at an excellent price, go with Karoly Windows and Doors. We are very pleased with Karoly Windows and Doors. The house we picked this spring was amazing however, being situated on a golf course and having elderly owners precede us made an upgrade to the window and door process necessary. We reached out to several companies for quotes. Karoly was middle of the road for price but nearing the top on quality product and available reviews. We decided that Karoly was the company for us. Karoly measured our house, gave us a quote and passed us to Cynthia who completed our preorder and scheduling. The windows arrived with no problem and were installed over a 3 day process. (It's a big house). The team was timely and polite, they were also honest though an accident resulted in sprinkler damage the team was fully communicated the mishap and fixed the issue. After the team had left one of the many hurricane systems swept through the area. We noticed one of the windows leaking we called Karoly they came out and fixed the issue as soon as the rain had stopped. We liked this company for the transparency, the efficiency, the cost, the follow up care. We can confidently recommend them to anyone in the area needing quality window services.

We are very pleased with sliders and doors. The installers were efficient, friendly. and exceeded out expectations. They said that they would be here between 7 and 8 and they were.
